- Glow Beauty and Health is founded on mutual trust and respect between us and our clients. Many services require a degree of vulnerability, and we will treat you with the utmost care, consideration, and discretion; we expect the same degree of professionalism from our clientele.
- Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
- Glow provides services by appointment only. We recognize the value of our time as well as yours. When you book an appointment, you are guaranteed to receive the utmost care and expertise from your skin care therapist during that scheduled time.
- Given the value of the time you have reserved, cancellations or requests to reschedule MUST be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Clients that cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the service price; a no-show will be fined the full price of the service. A no-show is defined as not coming to your appointment, giving less than one hour’s notice of cancellation, or being more than 5 minutes late.
- Late cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the form of payment saved on your account, or will be charged to your account and full payment required before any future services are rendered.
- Life happens, and sometimes exceptions can be made, but Glow reserves the right to enforce these policies.
